What we collect

The dimensions and weights you enter, your email address when you ask for a PDF or sign in, your company name and contact details when you order an audit or subscribe, and the products, rate tables and shipments you save in your account. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Palletric.

How we use it

To compute and return your results, to send sign-in links and the emails you request, to deliver audits, to bill subscriptions, and to fix problems. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

Broker embeds

When you use the calculator on a freight broker's website, the email and company you enter to download a PDF are shared with that broker, as stated on the form. The broker is responsible for how they use it.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Cloudflare in the United States. Transactional email is sent through Amazon Web Services. Error reports go to Sentry. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

You can export everything in your account and delete the account from the account page. A free-tier email can be removed on request. Write to hello@palletric.com.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
