What Palletric is

Palletric provides freight density calculations, packaging suggestions, and related reports and software for less-than-truckload shippers. Results are computed from the dimensions and weights you enter and the published NMFC density scale.

What Palletric is not

Palletric is not affiliated with the National Motor Freight Traffic Association and does not issue official classifications. The shipper remains responsible for the accuracy of every bill of lading. Classification disputes are resolved under the carrier's tariff. Palletric does not guarantee any particular class, rate, or saving.

Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Your data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.

Density audits

An audit is a one-time purchase. The report is generated automatically from the SKU list you upload and emailed to you, normally within minutes. If the report finds no SKU within one inch or ten percent of a density break, we refund half the audit fee. Otherwise audit fees are not refundable once the report is delivered. Rows that cannot be read are listed in the report; you may re-upload against the same order at no charge.

Refunds

Subscription charges for the current period can be refunded on request within 14 days of the charge if the service has not been used to save a shipment. Contact hello@palletric.com.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another customer's data, resell the service without a broker agreement, or use automated means to extract the rule data beyond normal use of the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palletric's liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Palletric is not liable for carrier reclassification fees, freight charges, or indirect losses.
